GENERAL:
How to Complete the Survey:
Estimated Time Commitment: The economic and environmental surveys each consist of 15 questions and will approximately take 15 minutes to complete. Please have your 2023 financial and/or 2023 environmental data available for reference prior to beginning the survey.
Mandatory Fields: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. If unsure, provide your best estimate or enter "pending".
Saving Your Progress: To save your work and come back later:
Fill in all required fields.
Click “Save” to save your progress.
Log back in via the “My Account” menu at the top of the home page and select “Update Existing Survey”.
You may then update previously entered data or add new information, then click “Update” to save.
Submission: After completing the survey, click “Submit” to finalize your responses. A confirmation message will appear onscreen to acknowledge your completed submission. (You can go back and edit at any time up until the survey close date.)

Create Account
To begin, from the home page select Get Started and navigate to Step 1 "Create Account". You will be prompted to enter basic information, such as your name, email address, and a password of your choice. This step establishes your secure account, enabling you to access and participate in the economic or environmental impact survey. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Log In
After your account is activated, go to the "Log In" page and enter your credentials to access your facility data dashboard. This secure login ensures that only you can access your account and survey responses. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.
Provide Insights
Once logged in, navigate under My Account to “Complete a New Survey”, you'll be guided through the survey, which is designed to capture detailed information about your facility's economic or environmental contributions to the golf industry. Your insights are crucial, we encourage you to answer each question as fully and accurately as possible.
Edit Your Responses
If you need to update any information or realize that additional details could be added, you can easily edit your responses. Simply log back into your account and navigate under My Account to “Update Existing Survey”. You'll be able to make changes to your responses or add new information as needed. This ensures that the data remains accurate and up-to-date, reflecting the latest developments at your facility.
Receive an Error Message? If you receive an error message that your log in could not be authenticated, then the password entered was incorrect. Please reset your password here.
How do I save my work? To ensure your progress is saved, click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the survey before stepping away. Our data collection portal is designed with security in mind and automatically logs users out after several days of inactivity. Saving your work regularly helps prevent any unsaved data from being lost due to a session timeout.
For added convenience, consider saving and submitting your survey in smaller sections. This approach not only saves time but also ensures your data inputs are securely stored. If you need to make edits or add information later, simply use the ‘Update Existing Survey’ feature to log back in and make changes as needed.
