The Empire State Golf Alliance comprises allied associations from across the State working together to conduct this study, your participation is crucial.

PGA Members who complete the survey are Eligible for one General Credit toward the Total PDR Category. Please provide your PGA Member ID during the Sign Up process. GCSAA Members are also eligible for GCSAA credit.
